The acceptance rates of certain gift cards issued by Incomm were drastically reduced for the period of 12/8/2021 to 12/14/21. Many users experienced erroneous decline messages when attempting to submit their card details. This includes cards bearing the SecureSpend, Target and Vanilla Gift branding.
